Liverpool's Star Offers Regret to Teammates, Reveals Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has revealed that Salah said sorry to the group of players in the wake of the uproar from his recent interview.
The Incident
The striker was dropped from a vital match after voicing frustrations and stating his relationship with manager had deteriorated.
āSalah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,ā Jones revealed. āHis apology was clear and was like: āIf Iāve affected anybody, I'm sorry.āā
The manager has chosen not to reveal on whether he got an explanation from the player.

He emphasized that the team's response remained positive. āHe was his usual self, he had a big smile on his face and everybody was exactly the same with him,ā he continued.
Jones also noted that a competitor wanting to play is a positive trait. āI get that there are specific approaches you can express yourself,ā he said. āYet, should someone be happy to just not start, then I think thatās more of an issue.ā
Team Form
Their results have remained strong in the period after the interview fallout. Jones believes the Salah's words were not intended to harm the team.
